Practice with a purpose
A weekly 60-minute session in age-based groups. The team leads the warm-up, works on balance and coordination, and guides each attempt. 60 minutes of free play let them keep practising after class.
From trying to doing
Each level adds a challenge: controlled landings, linking obstacles and completing a course as a team. Term progress comes into play in level assessments and friendly leagues.
