Scope of this demonstration
This version does not complete purchases, bookings, memberships or waivers. The final step shows a summary to review and explains that the booking system is awaiting connection. No payments are taken, emails sent or tickets issued.
Tickets and admission
A ticket covers the selected date, time, zone and duration. Each player needs a waiver and Pokiddo grip socks. An accompanying adult who wants to play must choose a player ticket. Ages 4 and under must enter with an adult; five-year-olds need an adult or permission.
Changes, refunds and extra time
Contact us at least 24 hours before the visit to request a change. Used tickets and tickets bought more than 24 hours ago are non-refundable. Eligible refunds are handled at reception using the original payment method. The first 10 extra minutes are free; each additional 30-minute period costs €6.
Birthdays and groups
Birthdays last 2 hours and 30 minutes and start with 10 children, including the birthday child. Estimated numbers and extras change the quote, not the €100 deposit. The balance is paid on arrival. Food is served in the shared Café. There is no gluten-free menu. Cake, decorations and adult food are permitted, but not drinks; anyone bringing food must bring tableware. Groups receive a quote before booking.
Top-ups and gift cards
Top-ups can be shared and used for 12 months, for admission only. They do not cover parties, drinks or socks. Gift cards may be used across several purchases until their balance is exhausted. Balance checking and issuing will be connected to the final service.
Membership and final terms
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Meteor, Stellar and Galactic times and benefits are listed on the membership page. Periods already started are non-refundable. Prices and terms labelled as examples must be confirmed before purchase.
