Rules we all play by.
- Children aged 4 and under must enter with at least one adult. Five-year-olds need an accompanying adult or signed permission. Under-14s may enter with their parent or guardian.
- Pokiddo grip socks are required. They cost €2 and can be reused. Socks from other parks are not accepted.
- Our team leads a warm-up before play. Take turns, follow each activity’s limits and listen to staff instructions.
- Anyone who is pregnant, injured or has a health condition incompatible with jumping must not use the trampolines.
- Leave jewellery, sharp objects and loose belongings outside. Outside food and drink are not allowed, including in the rest area.
- One companion enters free with proof of a disability rating of 70% or above. You can decline promotional photographs at reception.

If your plans change.
- Contact us at least 24 hours before your visit to change the date. Used tickets and tickets bought more than 24 hours ago are non-refundable.
- Eligible refunds are handled at reception and returned to the original payment method. Online orders allow 7 minutes to pay; after purchase, the PDF confirmation is sent by email.
- The first 10 extra minutes are free. Each additional 30-minute period then costs €6.
