Tickets and prices
How much are tickets?
On weekdays, 60 minutes starts at €8 for Jump Zone, €10 for Adventure Zone and €15 for All Pass. Friday, weekends and public holidays use a different rate. Check the calendar for your date.
Do parents need a ticket?
An accompanying adult ticket costs €2. To use the attractions, you need a player ticket. One companion enters free with proof of a disability rating of 70% or above.
How much are grip socks?
Pokiddo grip socks cost €2. They are required, can be reused and cannot be replaced by socks from other parks.
What if we stay longer?
The first 10 extra minutes are free. After that, each additional 30-minute period costs €6.
How can I change the date or request a refund?
Contact us at least 24 hours before your visit to change it. Used tickets and tickets bought more than 24 hours ago are non-refundable. Eligible refunds are handled at reception using the original payment method.
Can I leave and come back in?
Your ticket covers the selected session and duration. Check with staff before leaving the play area: leaving does not pause your ticket time.
Planning your visit
How old do children need to be?
Soft Play welcomes children from age 1. Each activity lists its age and height requirements. Ages 4 and under need an adult inside; five-year-olds need an adult or signed permission.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drink are not allowed, including in the rest area. Birthday parties may bring cake, decorations and adult food, but no drinks. Please bring your own tableware if bringing food.

Safety and waivers
Do we need to sign before playing?
Yes. Every player needs an activity waiver. A responsible adult signs for children. Prepare it online or arrive 15 minutes early to complete it at reception.
Can I play if I am pregnant or injured?
Do not use the trampolines if you are pregnant, injured or have a health condition incompatible with jumping. Tell staff about any limitations before entering.
Can I decline the use of photographs?
Yes. Permission for promotional photographs is optional. You can decline it on the waiver and tell reception without losing access to activities.
Birthdays
How many children are included?
Each package starts with 10 children, including the birthday child. Estimate between 10 and 30 guests. Additional children change the estimate, but the deposit stays at €100.
Is party food served in a private room?
Party food is served in the shared Pokiddo Café area, without exclusive use. The birthday lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes in total.
Is there a gluten-free menu?
There is no gluten-free menu. Include any allergies when preparing your booking and speak to staff before confirming the food.
Membership and top-ups
Can we share a top-up?
Yes. Top-ups can be used for several people on the same day or on different days for 12 months. They cover admission only, not parties, drinks or socks.
Can membership be shared or paused?
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Galactic includes one annual pause requested in advance. Fees for periods already started are non-refundable. These benefits are examples awaiting confirmation.
Courses and groups
How do Pokiddo Ninja courses work?
Example groups are Mini Ninja (4–6), Ninja (7–10) and Ninja Pro (11–14). There is a weekly 60-minute class, end-of-term assessment, league and one hour of free play on class days.
What does a school trip include?
The programme is tailored to the group, with a warm-up, guided course and team games. Snacks are optional. The quote includes one adult free for every 10 pupils.
